If you have a monthly plan, and cancel before the rebill date of the 15th of the next month your subscription will cancel immediately and you will not receive another Femly Box or be charged.

If you cancel after the renewal date (the 15th), your card will be charged for the remaining month, you'll get your last box and your subscription cancelled for furture boxes thereafter. We offer a generous cancellation period that all subscribers haveaccess to.

Boxes generally ship on or before the 10th of each month, in most cases we get them out early but you'll receive a tracking email as soon as it's shipped and it will arrive in 2-3 days. To get a current months box, you need to order before our cutoff window on the last day of the prior month, if you miss our window you will receive a box for the next month, and will not be charged again until it's time for your next box.

You signed up and paid on the 1st of December, but we rebill on the 15th of December. To get a December box you would've had to sign up by the last day of November and you missed our monthly cutoff, but your payment will be applied to January so you'll get a January box (which you paid for on December first, and be rebilled on January 15th and received a box every month thereafter) 

WHY AM I STILL BEING CHARGED?
You cancelled after the cutoff date (15th of every month) and will receive a Final Femly Box for next month, and we’ll cancel your subscription for future purchases. However once your subscription is finished, your card will no longer be charged! Still having issues? Contact us at sales@femlybox.com
